25 lakhs siphoned away meant for mini stadium in Khowai
In a view of development of Bizalbari high school ground under south padmabil ADC village, Padmabil RD block govt. has provide 25 lack rupees in the month of april 2007 govt. call a tender of the same amounting Rs. to construction a new stadium in the said field. Two contractors Amulya Debbarma and Albert Debbarma jointly got the work and started the construction. But Khagen Debbarma, member, south Padmabil ADC village under Padmabil RD block claims the work is not complete till today and the part works which was completed highly poor quality. Dhananjoy Debnath, junior engineer of Padmabil RD block got a huge amount of rupees cut money , ADC village member Khagen Debbarma complain.
